the seeds of the cacao tree have an intense bitter taste and must be fermented to develop the flavor. After fermentation, the beans are dried, cleaned, and roasted. The shell is removed to produce cacao nibs, which are then ground to cocoa mass, unadulterated chocolate in rough form. Once the cocoa mass is liquefied by heating, it is called chocolate liquor. The liquor may also be cooled and processed into its two components: cocoa solids and cocoa butter. Baking chocolate, also called bitter chocolate, contains cocoa solids and cocoa butter in varying proportions, without any added sugar. Powdered baking cocoa, which contains more fiber than cocoa butter, can be processed with alkali to produce dutch cocoa. Much of the chocolate consumed today is in the form of sweet chocolate, a combination of cocoa solids, cocoa butter or added vegetable oils, and sugar. Milk chocolate is sweet chocolate that additionally contains milk powder or condensed milk. White chocolate contains cocoa butter, sugar, and milk, but no cocoa solids.
Chocolate is one of the most popular food types and flavors in the world, and many foodstuffs involving chocolate exist, particularly desserts, including cakes, pudding, mousse, chocolate brownies, and chocolate chip cookies. Many candies are filled with or coat

1. read this excerpt from John Muir’s diary. Muir loved nature, which he explored often. As you read, consider Muir’s tone toward the topic, a cave he discovered in Kentucky.
"Came to the region of caves. At the mouth of the first I discovered, I was surprised to find ferns which belonged to the coolest nooks of Wisconsin and northward, but soon observed that each cave rim has a zone of climate peculiar to itself, and it is always cool. This cave had an opening about ten feet in diameter, and twenty-five feet perpendicular depth. A strong cold wind issued from it and I could hear the sounds of running water. A long pole was set against its walls as if intended for a ladder, but in some places it was slippery and smooth as a mast and would test the climbing powers of a monkey. The walls and rim of this natural reservoir were finely carved and flowered."
What tone does Muir have toward the cave he finds?
sadness
curiosity
alarm
boredom
2. How is mood different from tone?

Do you agree with Walter Cronkite? Should we "be very careful believing that what we think is right in America" is right for everyone else? Have you ever questioned whether our government and way of life is the right way? Why?
Answer and Explanation:
Since these are personal questions, feel free to change anything and adapt the answers to fit you and your thoughts.
Do you agree with Walter Cronkite? Should we "be very careful believing that what we think is right in America" is right for everyone else?
Yes, I do. As almost everything that is generally applied to a country, our government, our dress code, our school system, and so on are the result of several factors, including our culture and our history. Therefore, other societies, having experienced different historical and cultural backgrounds, may very well choose other types of government, dress code, school system etc.
Have you ever questioned whether our government and way of life is the right way? Why?
Yes, I have. Maybe not in their totality, but at least partially. I do see us as an individualistic society. There are countries where people are taught to see others as part of their own family, showing respect and empathy even for strangers. I also often question our government's inability to overcome partisan differences as well. Politician's loyalty to their parties often seem to hinder their judgment, and decisions that do not benefit the people are made.

Wes Ball directed all three films.

He has no memory of the outside world other than dreams about an organization known as WCKD (World Catastrophe Killzone Department). Only by piecing together fragments of his past with clues he discovers in the maze can Thomas hope to uncover his purpose and a way to escape.[1]
Development for the film began in January 2011 when Fox purchased the film rights to Dashner's novel The Maze Runner.[2] Principal photography began in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in May 2013 and ended in July.[3][4] It was released on September 19, 2014.

What is the relationship between communication and professionalism?
Give examples of what communication means to you and what professionalism looks like to you.
How are the two related?
Please use correct spelling and grammar.
Answer:
look down
Explanation:
Communication is all about talking to someone informally and showing them through your body language what you feel. It means expressing your emotions, and not having to set up a barrier to do so.Pprofessionalism does have some set boundaries, which communication does not. For example, you need to be more formal and straight to the point when trying to be professional. Me and my friend talking is an example of communication. Me and my teacher talking is professionalism. The two are related because they are both ways to express yourself to another being, but with different limits of boundary.

Far, far away lay a small farm with all the animals you would expect, horses, cows, dogs, and cats. Mary Jonson and her brother, Luckes were wandering around the old run-down house in which they lived. They went to the old Oak tree, on top of Cherry hill. The tiny hill overlooked the little graveyard in town. Mary was scared of the small patch of land by the old church.
They reached the top of the hill where Mary could hear a soft humming noise from inside the old tree. She saw the small beehive at the top of the tree. She knew why her brother brought her here at the top of the small hill. See, Luckus´s class was learning about honey bees, and for most of the summer break, he had been leading her to where he had found the small buzzing, bright yellow insects.
It was very comfortable at the top of the hill. The hot summer day was coming to an end, and twilight was upon them and a soft breeze was ruffling their hair . Meanwhile luckus was staring at the small hive in awe.
Mary sat down on the warm yellowing grass and looked down in the small graveyard. She could see a man walking down one of the rows of the old worn down gravestones. He was holding a bouquet of bright red flowers that she could see at the top of the hill.
She laid back on the grass and looked up at the soft orange sky. Mary was fifteen years old and her brother was nine. Mary had been homeschooled for her whole life while her brother was going to the public school down in town. Her parents had decided that she should go too.
It was the last day of summer break and tomorrow would be the first day of school. She lay on her back, thinking about the next day and what it would bring.
Seeing Mary would be what other kids thought to be odd she thought her first day would not be that enjoyable. She had fiery red hair that she often braided with flowers. Her face was covered in freckles and she had big round glasses that covered her big green eyes. Her brother had the same look about him. They could be twins if they weren't born six years apart.
She lay there in a doze, on the itchy grass when her brother had let out a yelp and she sat up. She turned and looked at her brother who was holding his left hand. He had tears in his bright green eyes.
´´Ẃhat happened!´´ Mary she said, turning on her heels and walked over to her brother
´´I..I...w...was...p..playing with...t...the bees´´ He said thru bug sobs. ´´ A...and...o..one of...of...them...c...came...and...and...STUNG...ME...ME!´´
Her brother was on his knees now, and sobbing.
¨Ok, ok...¨ Said Mary helping luckus up off his knees.¨ let's get back to the house. Then mom can fix you right up.¨
They both got up and started walking down the hill towards the house. They pushed open the front door and walked into the kicken.
Answer:
Below
Explanation:
After helping Lukus inside, their mom came rushing up at the sound of cries.
"Oh dear, Lukus! Are you okay?" He continued sobbing pointing to where the bee hand stung him. Mary rushed to grab some ointment, and speedily came back in a flash holding the ointment for Lukus. Her mom grabbed it, and leaned down toward the sting. She rubbed a bit on and immeaditly it started to feel better!
