How are invisible communities heard because of BLM?

Answers

Answer 1

Answer:

Ok so hear it goes this is my honest opinion. I feel that the movment of BLM used to get pushed to the side. But, now it is something that is very big and important for American history. With many different people and organizations coming together to appreciate the black people of our world this is giving other groups the same opportunities. With hard work, motivation, and the effort strive any group of people could do this. Let me give you an example. If a new religion came along and these people did not get treated fair. Then organizations and groups could come together to appreciate this group. Then from there it is just spreading the word. After months of hard work this could possibly become a movement. A movement will then allow this group to get appreciated for what it really is. So BLM has most definitely helped other groups want to strive and grow. These other groups look up to BLM thinking they can do the same exact thing. Because they can.

Homer included a very funny, though dark, situation in Ulysses’s interaction with Polyphemus the Cyclops. In no less than seventy-five words, describe that situation, and tell why it was not only funny, but dark, as well.

Answers

Answer:

of bounty, and Odysseus's men simply want to take some cheese and leave, but Odysseus refuses.

When Polyphemus, strong and gigantic, returns, the mood changes. After Odysseus asks for hospitality in the name of the gods, Polyphemus reveals himself to be a barbarian in his disrespect of the deities, saying he won't "blink at" Zeus and that he has gotten more by "force" than from worshipping the gods. He then fully shows that he is, in Odysseus's words, a "ruthless brute" by taking two of Odysseus's men and "rapping them on the ground" until their "brains gush . . . out." Polyphemus then rips the corpses from limb to limb and devours them. Odysseus describes his response to him at this juncture as "paralyzed" and "appalled."

Odysseus is horrified at the animalistic, savage, and ruthless behavior of his host. He wants to stab him to death, but he waits, knowing only Polyphemus has the strength to move the "slab" blocking the door.

BRAINLIEST ANSWER
100 POINTS

Answers

Answer:

In my opinion, it depends. But I would say its a 90% chance of how social media really impacts. According to Google it says "Using social media more often, though, increases FOMO and feelings of inadequacy, dissatisfaction, and isolation. In turn, these feelings negatively affect your mood and worsen symptoms of depression, anxiety, and stress." Which is true because for example...when you go through instagram, you see models,-people who have "perfect bodies" and you look and yours and start losing self-esteem because you don't like the way you look. People tend to feel that way. Another thing is that life is not perfect and not everyone has a perfect life. We clearly see that on social media because people don't include everything in their life-only the good parts. They hide their "body fat" "Anxiety" "Depression" "Getting bullied". They don't want anyone to see their dark side. And that's the dark thing about social media.

Unequal laws unto a savage race, That hoard, and sleep, and feed, and know not me.

The lines which blend romantic descriptions of nature with realistic descriptions are “By this still hearth, among these barren cages,... with an aged wife...”

What is romantic and what is realistic in the line?

The romantic description in the line is found is the word "barren" as it describes the landscape. As we know, romantic writing perceives nature and its wilderness as something divine.

On the other hand, describing the wife as "aged" conveys a reality that is common to us all. This woman is clearly not being idealized, which is a realistic characteristic rather than romantic.
