What is LSD?Lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD) is a classic hallucinogen. There are currently no approved indications for the adjuvant treatment of LSD.
Previously used for non-FDA indications: Depression, including transition phobia, neurosis, manic-depressive and reactive depression, cyclical (compulsive) and passive-aggressive (compulsive) obsessive-compulsive disorder, etc.
In 1986, almost 400 patients were treated for LSD. Because of LSD-related crimes and deaths, Denmark has enacted the LSD Damages Act, under which claimants receive financial compensation for harm caused by treatment.
Many years later, patients still suffer from the side effects of LSD treatment.
