Answer:

2. Macbeth tells killers to murder Banquo and his son Fleance .

3. Banquo is killed , but Fleance escapes .

4. The banquet : Macbeth sees Banquo's ghost .

5. Hecate rebukes the witches.

1. Lennox voices his suspicions to a lord .

Explanation:

William Shakespeare's "Macbeth" revolves around the story of how Macbeth brought about his downfall by his greed and self-interest. The tragic play focuses on the theme of loyalty, guilt, greed, and how fate plays a part in one's life.

Act III of the play shows the scene where the three witches' prophecy came to the fore of the play. Banquo suspects foul play from Macbeth but does not do anything about it. In scene i, Macbeth hires assassins to help him kill Banquo and his son so that the throne of Scotland will be his. Scene iii shows that only Banquo was killed, while his son Fleance managed to escape. After that, Macbeth sees the ghost of Banquo at the royal banquet (scene iv).

This is then followed by scene v where Hecate advises the three witches to fill Macbeth with visions and hallucinations to give his a false sense of safety.

Scene vi shows Lennox voicing his suspicions and opinions to a lord, in support for the actions of Macbeth.

Thus, the right order of events of Act III is 2, 3, 4, 5, and 1.

plz help me write the word equation of following chemical equation hydrogen + oxgyen =water

Answers

Explanation:

We need to write the work equation of the following chemical equation "hydrogen + oxgyen =water"

Hyrodgen is denoted by H₂ and Oxygen is denoted by O₂. The reaction between hydrogen and water is :

[tex]H_2 + O_2\rightarrow H_2O[/tex]

Now, we can balance this equation as follows :

On LHS,

Hydrogen = 2 atoms

Oxygen = 2 atoms

On RHS,

Hydrogen = 2 atoms

Oxygen = 1 atoms

To make it balance, multiply 2 to H₂ at LHS and 2 to H₂O at RHS.

[tex]2H_2 + O_2\rightarrow 2H_2O[/tex]

Now, no of atoms of hydrogen and oxygen at LHS are 4 and 2 respectively while at RHS  no of atoms of hydrogen and oxygen are also 4 and 2 respectively.

There are so many opportunities to make a difference in another person’s life. As life gets busy, we tend to lose sight of what’s important, like giving back to the community. Here are some ideas to participate in public service. Local soup kitchens and food pantries are always looking for volunteers. There are also many nursing homes that welcome volunteers. Additionally, many nonprofit businesses, like the YMCA, offer opportunities for people to donate their time. I have included many links throughout my blog that guide people to volunteer opportunities in their area. Think about how you would like to give back. Sometimes getting friends involved can make the experience even more meaningful. Get involved today; it’s never too late!

Read the entry from Amena’s blog about the importance of community service.

How effective is Amena in developing her claim?
A: include a fact about how nursing homes are run

B: include an interview with someone who has never volunteered

C: include an image of YMCA building

D:include a quote from someone who has volunteered

Answers

It’s D a quote from someone who has volunteered

Answer:

it is D, because it tells you to add something that would convince readers to volunteer for making a difference in someone life, like a soup kitchen.

Explanation:

Including a fact about how nursing homes are run would probably make it much more boring and the person isn't going to want to do it, Including an interview with someone who has never volunteered makes no sense so how will they know anything about it and convince the reader to volunteer? Including  an image of a YMCA building wouldn't convince the reader to volunteer, cause it tells them nothing, all they will be thinking is, "okay? its a building what about it?" a picture of a building is not that interesting so it wouldn't convince them of anything, much less care about the cause.

so therefore it is D. include a quote from someone who has volunteered

Write a literary paragraph in which you analyze the character, Amir, from the middle part of the book Kite Runner (ch. 9-18). Think about how you would describe him at this point in the book.

will report if it is not an actual answer

Answers

Answer:

At the beginning of the chapters, Amir is shown to largely be selfish and almost purely self-serving. Even after knowing what Hassan went through and supposedly being his friend, Amir thinks that he and Hassan can not be together and that one of them has to leave, showing his selfishness. He then finds a way to get both Hassan and his father, despite his main focus being Hassan, kicked out of the house, even when he knows that Hassan still stood up for him after everything. When he has to flee Afghanistan with his father, Amir begins to really see other people's suffering instead of purely focusing on his own issues. The death of his father also makes Amir see how Baba has used his life to often help people rather than purely himself like Amir often had. All of this leads to Amir accepting Rahim Khan's "way to be good again". After seeing how worse off others had had it in comparison to him, from Hassan to Somaya, and how just a man his father was, he wants to change his ways. Traveling to his homeland again is another sign of Amir's change as he's now possibly putting himself in danger for his friend, rather than purely thinking of his own needs. The news of Hassan's death and true parentage also further pushes Amir as now he can no longer apologize for all that he'd done to Hassan and that he'd done all of this to a blood relative too. This strengthens his resolve to be less selfish and try and help Hassan's son as it's now one of the only things he can do for Hassan. His realization of how Baba had never told them about their blood relation also makes Amir's goals seem more achievable. His father isn't the highly noble figure he'd seemed to be, instead, he was someone like Amir who had made mistakes, yet still tried helping people possibly. Farid and Wahid's comments on what makes a "true Afghan" also show his change as, unlike how he had been in the past while living in Afghanistan, only when he's putting himself on the line on behalf of someone else is he now one. At the end of the nineteenth chapter, Amir's dreams of killing Hassan further shows the guilt he now has over how he treated him. The fact that he later makes sure to leave behind money for the family shows how, through his own guilt and his knowledge of others' struggles in comparison to his own, he is becoming a less selfish and cowardly person.
