Write an essay explaining your definition of maintaining a strong friendship. (In Your own)

Answers

Answer 1
Be kind is the most important thing I believe if you are rude then why would someone want to be friends. Trust if you can trust someone to tell your secrets that is also important if you don’t trust someone you shouldn’t maintain a relationship. Honestly knowing how to be honest in the right time is important-if you are unable to then your friendship might fail over time. Personality If two people personalities are contradicting then how would two people continue to be friends. Comedy if someone finds it funny to make fun of a friends and you find it funny when someone makes fun of you then both of your comedy alines. If someone is very sensitive and either the person who likes making fun of friends or the sensitive person wants to become friends it might not be a good idea. You don’t want to hurt each-others feelings. I don’t like sarcasm so I wouldn’t want to be friends with someone sarcastic but I am . I stay friends with the person because even if they are sarcastic they are kind, good to talk too, active , and all and above honest. I have been told I’m kinda rude but its from a place of love I’m too honest and I don’t know when I’m being manipulative or rude so when my friends tell me I am I stop and apologize. Ive been friends with one person since the 1st grade i didn’t like her at first but we grew on each-other. We played all the time even when she moved to another state I would go their every winter and summer break to see my family and also her. She moved back and we hanged out pretty much everyday. Then moved but we still talk give each-other presents . Invite each-other to our houses.

Based on your own experiences and observations, which two phrases should be considered when predicting what Paul wil do?
Unexpected Visitor
by T. Herlinger
Clad in a t-shirt and trousers, Paul was already sweating profusely by 11 am wheeling a metal rack of suits through the sea of pedestrians.
Pushing racks of clothes around New York City's garment district wasn't exactly a dream job, but Paul wasn't complaining. He had worked in
his father's restaurant every summer since he was eight years old, and now finally, at 15, he had landed a real job. On most mornings, he let
the throngs of people become a blur around him as he steered the heavy rack of swinging suits down the sidewalk careful not to run over
any toes. But today, he happened to glance up and spy a familiar face. There at the street corner stood Pauls father, looking oddly small and
frail amid the rushing people.
Paul cringed with embarrassment as he approached his father, who was standing in his gray business suit, baking in the August heat. He
eyed his dad suspiciously, wishing he were an apparition. Myriad feelings were welling, but mostly Paul felt exasperated and furious--his dad
was trespassing on his territory. Maybe he meant to convince Paul to come back and work in the restaurant, but there was no way he was
going to give up his newfound independence. Then Paul had a frightening thought-maybe there was an emergency at home what's going
on?" he demanded without saying hello. "Is Mom in the hospital? Is the restaurant okay?"
"No everything's perfect-your mom's fine, the restaurant's fine," Paul's father assured him." just wanted to witness my son in action," he
declared proudly, his eyes beaming. "You're a real working man with a legitimate profession, so I thought I'd treat you to an expensive lunch.
Maybe a Reuben sandwich or some pastrami? Or something more extravagantr"
"I can't. Dad" Paul answered automatically. "I mean, my lunch break isn't until noon, and that's over an hour from now."
"That doesn't matter," his father responded easily, shrugging his shoulders, Ill just read my paper at that delicatessen across the street."
He gestured at a red awning with a sign advertising a lunch special. "Come meet me there when you're readyi" With that he reached up and
ruffled Paul's hair, grinned at him, and started off across the street. Paul quickly turned away.wracked with embarrassment and guilt. He
ducked his head, hiding from the New York crowd of pedestrians, and wheeled the rack of dothes down the sidewalk in the other direction.

Society affects our body image in a negative way as it promotes impossible beauty standards as an explanation for the way it wishes for society to look.  Celebrities and social media are the primary reasons why society affects self-esteem as people desperately try to reach unreal standards. The more we are on our phones, on technology, the more our adolescent development is affected by what we see on screens. Because society displays perfect images, adolescents suffer in terms of self-esteem.

Directions: In this assignment, you are focusing on something TINY! It can either be completely made up, or something that already exists. There are important things to keep in mind: and plss when your done answering this can yo make a stlry about it plss.the tiny thing could be anything ex: a tiny dust . or spiders rats little animals, atoms if you have the brain to function. or snowflakes and some more

1. Where can we find this tiny thing? It can be ANYWHERE, but this will be the setting for your next story.

2. Describe the setting. What does the tiny thing's home look like, sound like, smell like? The more you describe it, the easier it will be to type a story! (think 5 senses)

3. Describe the tiny thing What does it look like, sound like, smell like? The more you describe it, the easier it will be to type a story! (think 5 senses)

4. What conflict (problem) does the tiny thing face? This will be the Issue that it deals with in your story.

5. Does the tiny thing have any friends and/or enemies? Describe them using the 5 senses.

Answers

example: let’s say this tiny thing is a neutron a subatomic particle like a proton with no charge so it is neutral

1: The setting will be in a nucleus a membrane-bound organelle with chromosomes and contains both neutrons, protons, and electrons

2: The nucleus has its outer and inner membrane and covered with ribosome and the nucleus pores, also in the center of an atom constructing around it. Also is 99.9% of an atoms mass. The sound of the nucleus comes from the subatomic particles which resembles a sound wave the is similar to a cello. The smell of it might be a heavy smell because of how dense it is but it might a be like a strong discharge of protons and electrons which gives off a odor of ozone. The taste might be a sour taste from the protons because the sour taste receptor cells and since the electrons give a discharge it has no taste, and most atoms have a metallic taste to it. The touch of a nucleus might be static feel because of the positive or negative charge and the nucleus will vibrate in the atom.

3: The neutron an uncharged subatomic particle is nearly invisible to a human eye but looks like the proton which kind of just look like a sphere but way smaller, the neutron might sound absolutely quiet due to it has no charge. The smell of an neutron is like the electron as it has no nasal receptors but the decay might cause it to turn into a proton which has nasal receptors so in summary no smell. If it were a human to taste it would just simply go through the body and trying to touch a neutron would be hard as it moves with the protons and electrons.

4:The neutron could face a beta decay when too much amount of protons and neutrons build up which causes it to turn or decay into a electron or proton.

5:Even though the neutron is kinda of a loner it is more friends with the protons since they balance each other out but since the are positively charge they move away from the them, the electrons are not enemies but still are balanced from the neutrons but since they are on the outer membrane of the nucleus so they cannot see them. Kinda of hard to do #5 since I don’t have much time but you can probably make some of it up cause it sounds very fictional.

Hopefully I am not late and if doesn’t help then sorry

Help please!!
